CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY** At Aligned Auras Studio, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of service and respect all clients’ time, the following policy is in place: ⸻ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Clients must cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 4 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) • This fee will be charged to the card on file ⸻ NO-SHOWS Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). ⸻ LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving late may have their service shortened or rescheduled in order to respect the next client’s appointment. • If the appointment cannot be completed due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly ⸻ CARD ON FILE REQUIREMENT A valid card on file is required to book and hold all appointments. By booking, you authorize Aligned Auras Studio to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees if necessary. ⸻ GRACE & EMERGENCIES I understand that life happens. Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but this policy is enforced to protect time, availability, and business operations. ⸻ AGREEMENT By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
